1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout:

• "betj" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at betj.io, including all sub-pages, products, services, mobile interfaces and progressive web application versions of the same.
• "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a betj account or who accesses the betj platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered betj user profile, BDT wallet and associated settings belonging to a single Player.
• "betj Login" refers to the authenticated session initiated when a Player enters valid credentials on the betj login page to access their Account.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which betj accounts are denominated.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting markets, casino games, slots, pool rummy, promotional offers, payment processing and customer support functions made available by betj.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts or tournament prizes credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total stake a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older may register a betj account. betj strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. By completing the betj registration process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. betj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including at registration, during account review, or at the point of withdrawal request. Accounts where the Player cannot confirm they are 21 or older will be closed without notice.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

betj's services are directed at players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the betj platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. betj makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any location outside of its intended market. Players accessing betj from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a betj account you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid payment method registered in your own name. You must not register using false, incomplete or borrowed identity details. betj will reject or close registrations where provided information cannot be verified or is found to be inaccurate.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one betj account at any given time. Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one betj account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. betj's systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are detected, betj reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and retain balances pending investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betj login credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP verification codes with any third party. betj will never contact you requesting your password by any channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify betj immediately via [email protected] or via live chat from within your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

betj may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any time. KYC may require submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by betj support may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your mobile number or linked payment method. betj is not liable for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information. All communications from betj to you will be sent to the mobile number or email address registered on your account at the time of communication.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and linked bank accounts at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions must be initiated from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits from or withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on betj is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the payments section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. betj reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with notice posted on the platform. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps consistent with betj's KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the same business day for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within two to three business days for bank transfer methods. Processing times are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). betj is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit to the same betj account.

4.4 Currency

All betj account balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). betj does not apply any internal currency conversion charges. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider or bank in connection with a betj transaction are outside betj's control and are your responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the betj platform are subject to betj's current odds and market rules at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when betj's system generates a confirmation reference number and the corresponding stake is deducted from your account balance. betj reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including during periods of irregular betting patterns or market suspension.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that betj posts incorrect odds, an incorrect market description, or an obviously erroneous line due to a system error or human error, betj reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and settle those bets at the correct odds where determinable. betj will notify affected Players and process any adjustments to account balances promptly.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football and other sports available through betj are subject to real-time market management. Odds may be suspended at any time during live events. betj does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets for any specific event. Bets accepted during a brief suspension window may be voided if betj determines the suspension should have prevented acceptance.

5.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a scheduled event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time (BST), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' account balances. Specific exceptions may apply to certain market types (e.g., tournament winner markets) and will be published in betj's sport-specific rules, accessible from the betting interface.

6. Casino and Games Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games, live dealer tables and slot titles available through betj use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes and are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined independently of betj and cannot be manipulated by betj or by any Player.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. For most casino games, the round in progress at the time of disconnection will complete automatically and the result will be applied to your betj account balance when your connection is restored. betj is not responsible for losses arising from disconnection events caused by your device or network provider.

6.3 Pool Rummy

Pool Rummy games on betj are skill-based card games subject to the specific game rules published in the Pool Rummy section of the platform. Players are expected to play fairly and in good faith. The use of automated tools, bots or any software that confers an unfair advantage in pool rummy is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant game balance.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible betj Players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per Player, per mobile number, per device and per household. betj reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion, including where betj has reasonable grounds to suspect the Player is engaging in bonus abuse.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your betj account are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited to your account remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC and payment processing conditions.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

betj actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; withdrawing before wagering requirements are met; or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, betj reserves the right to void affected bets, reclaim Bonus Funds, and suspend or close the associated account.

7.4 Promotion Changes

betj reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate any promotion at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible Players via the platform or by notification to the contact details registered on their betj account. Changes will not affect bets already confirmed prior to the modification.

8. Responsible Gaming

betj is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders via the responsible gaming controls available inside their betj account dashboard. Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may initiate a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years, or a permanent account closure, at any time. During a self-exclusion period, betj will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their account or creating a new account. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betj platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering a betj account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one betj account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials to access betj.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the betj platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corruption in connection with sporting events offered on betj.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities or display anomalies to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using betj for money laundering purposes in any form.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing betj staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent betj's self-exclusion or responsible gaming controls by registering a new account during an active exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the betj platform — including but not limited to the betj brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of betj or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betj platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any betj content without prior written authorisation.

11. Privacy and Data

betj collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering a betj account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the betj Privacy Policy. betj uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies access controls and security protocols to protect stored personal and financial data. betj does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for payment processing, identity verification and fraud prevention.

12. Limitation of Liability

betj provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While betj makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, betj does not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, downtime or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betj's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the betj platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Player's betj account at the time the relevant claim arises. betj is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits or opportunity arising from unavailability of betting markets or game outcomes.

13. Termination and Suspension

betj reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betj has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required for compliance purposes. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets and the deduction of any amounts owed to betj will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed for breach of Terms may have balances forfeited pending investigation.

14. Amendments to Terms

betj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via a notification posted on the betj platform or sent to the contact details on record. Continued use of the betj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the betj platform's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and betj arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through betj's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the claim. betj will acknowledge all formal disputes within five business days and aim to provide a resolution within 28 days of receipt.
